I have looked at some similar works that graphicly shows weather data and found several diferent ways that weather data is displayed.
First one shows everything in graphs, charts, numbers and usually doesn't have as much visual appeal but it clearly shows all the data.
Another way to show data is completely visual and has alot of imagery which represents weather. For example moving grass shows how windy it is in area, sun shows that its not raining.
Then there is just a map of area with with info.
Weather can be represented by all kind of abstract shapes colours or something else it all comes down to imagination.
